2015 NCAUG Annual Conf Announcement
The North Carolina ArcGIS User Group (NCAUG)
would like to announce the 2015 NCAUG Fall Conference,
 taking place September 23rd - 25th, 2015
 at Carolina Beach, North Carolina.

Conference plans are well under way for informative and inspiring workshops, technical sessions, and user presentations. We have several exciting events planned as part of the conference, intended to provide a fun and informative atmosphere for networking and continuing education.

Once again this year is our ever popular Wednesday night Sunset Boat Cruise, we will hold our 2nd running of the “Race to the Dirty Owl” 5K NCAUG walk/run event. On Thursday evening, we will have the annual off-site banquet to include Volleyball and Corn-hole Tournament, with some exciting surprises, and the Student Scholarship Cash Raffle.

NEW THIS YEAR: We are expanding our time frame. We will start the conference at 1pm on Wed the 23rd and hold plenary sessions, the seventh Annual Battle of the GeoMaps and GeoApps contest, and sponsorship parade (new for all of our sponsors). As well as joint sessions on up and coming technology changes and advances.

We are currently planning on several workshops: there will be 3 workshop time slots: Tuesday the 22nd of September from 8am to Noon, Tuesday the 22nd of September from 1pm to 5pm, and Wednesday the 23rd of September from 8am to Noon. All proceeds from the workshops benefit the NCAUG Student Scholarship Fund.

In addition to offering low-cost training, we have negotiated lower hotel rates for this facility at $99 a night. Many meals will be provided while you are at the Conference, Wednesday - Light hors d'oeuvres on the Sunset Boat Cruise. Thursday - Continental Breakfast, Lunch, and Banquet Dinner. Friday - Continental Breakfast.
